Job Description
- Execute consulting projects for different clients related to ESG/Sustainability Advisory across areas such as ESG StrategicDirection covering stakeholder engagement and materialityassessment, ESG Policy and Governance Framework,Sustainability Reporting Disclosures based on differentframeworks, GHG Accounting, Decarbonization Roadmapusing SBTi guidelines, Sustainable Financing, Supply chain,etc.
- Undertake activities required for execution such as researchon companies and ESG practices, peer benchmarking,developing data collection templates and writing of ESG/Sustainability reports
- Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables as per agreedtimelines and client satisfaction
- Travel to client location as may be required from time to timefor the project activities
- Work in tandem with the other team members and any otherinternal and external stakeholders such as design team,subject matter experts, etc.
- Assist the practice lead/ manager in practice developmentactivities such as preparing pre-sales pitches, approachpapers, point of views, articles, newsletter, etc.
- Keeping abreast of ESG trends and regulatory requirementsin focus geographies
- Any other support that may be required from time to time forthe development and growth of the practice
- Hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding of ESG/sustainability concepts and frameworks like GRI, SASB,TCFD, etc.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly flexible and quick learner to adopt and apply newmethodology/ approach
- Open to travel for project execution
- Excellent communicator and good team player
Experience
Exact position shall be ascertained basis the qualification,relevant experience and internal benchmarking
Qualifications
- Graduate/ post-graduation (preferably) in Environment orrelated field
