Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of CSR and sustainability strategies and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainability trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the integration of sustainability initiatives into the company s business strategy.
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage CSR and sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability programs.
- Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report on outcomes and impacts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including employees and management, to promote CSR and sustainability awareness and participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to CSR and sustainability.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards related to CSR and sustainability.
- Prepare and submit CSR and sustainability reports, including sustainability disclosures and non-financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of CSR and sustainability activities.
Sustainability Integration:
- Work with relevant teams to embed sustainability practices across business functions.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and marketing to promote responsible practices.
Communication and Training:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote CSR and sustainability initiatives and engage employees and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in organizing CSR and sustainability campaigns and events to raise awareness and drive engagement and technical consultation.
- Master s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
- Around 1 to 3 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social impact strategies, sustainability frameworks, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work across departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi.
- Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
