JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a experienced and strategic Senior Manager, HR Operations with 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations. This role will lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations functions, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and exit processes. The role demands someone who can adapt to varying organizational cultures and navigate complex, evolving situations.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL - BHRs, IT, Admin, Legal team
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL - Payroll Vendor
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Will report to - Chief Manager, Global Employee Experience Centre
Team size - 3
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years of relevant experience
