As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping client engagements and ensuring technical alignment between iamneos offerings and client needs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored solutions
Responsibilities
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS/Edtech environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements and demonstrations

Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify customer pain points, and create compelling technical narratives that drive deals forward.
Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive product improvements and innovations.
Technical Handovers: Ensure smooth technical handovers to the post-sales and implementation teams for seamless project delivery.
