Senior Business Development Manager - Govt Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Identify key requirements of Government Bodies in the payments ecosystem
• Understand and follow process of onboarding of vendor contracts for government bodies • Work closely with banking partners
• Engage with internal teams to enhance and customise solution as per the client requirements
• Ensure last mile delivery and resolution of service related issues in co-ordination with the internal teams
• Keep yourself updated on latest developments in Fintech, Regulatory Sphere as well as Governance and Business Ecosystem

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA with solid experience in Merchant Acquisition preferably in the Government Vertical
• Male/Female with 5-8 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
