• Expertise in Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Proficient in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of computer systems.
• Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software.
• Skilled in installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
• Expertise in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting sessions with tenants/end users, providing guidance, direction, and resolution.
• Join incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed.
• Monitor platforms and take proactive actions to mitigate performance or operational issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of the OS (Windows and Linux), hardware, security agents, and VMs; escalate issues when necessary.
• Patch and update OS (Windows and Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agents.
