Job Discription :

15+ years experience as a VDI SME performing security agent updates on VDI infrastructure & software installation on VDI images (VDAs)..
-
Neutanix and netscalar experience.

Implement VDI security policy changes (AppSense or comparable tool) .
-
Ensure VDI implementations (delivery groups) are appropriately sized and disk images are properly maintained (merged, consolidated, and deleted).

Perform basic troubleshooting of Citrix, OS (Windows and Linux), hardware, security agents, and VMs and perform escalations as needed .

Perform patching/updating of OS (Windows and Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agents.

Join Incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed
