- Daily user login report and capturing user sessions.
- Dashboard Monitoring, checking alerts and working on resolution. It includes.

- working on alerts related to physical machine
- Patching, upgrades on environment
- vCenter components
- Nutanix components (AOS/CVM, Nutanix Files server. Storage containers, LUN Volumes, Data Protection, NCC, LCM Foundation, Phoenix bundle)
- Horizon components (Horizon Connection server, VMware DEM, AppVolumes)
- Physical machine related upgrades like firmware (ESXi, Nutanix AHV)
- Data Base Backup
- Coordinating with concerned team regarding timely backup
- Application upgrade on setup.
- Raising SN calls regarding servers like induction and de-induction calls, change process management calls and doing follow up till closure
- Weekly vendor reported issues
- Password update activities. Includes
- Physical machines
- End user issue Troubleshooting
- DR drill activity
- Working on vulnerability raised from the vendor or internal compliance team
- Working on LAM requests and providing VDI access to users
- Managing physical infra, deploying OS, creating vCenter cluster and Nutanix cluster
