Technical Skills

Hyper converged Infrastructure, VSAN, Storage devices SAN/NAS etc.

Working Experience:

Installing and configuration of ESXi 6X and 7X, Configure DNS and routing information for an ESXI host.
Install a Guest Operating System in a virtual machine Creating a vCenterserver inventory Data Store object.
Creating and Provisioning AppStacks Assigning and Attaching AppStacks.
Creating a Standard and Distributed switch with a virtual machine port group, Add a VM Kernel port group to Standard switch,
Modifying a Virtual Machine like increase the size of VMDK file, adjust memory allocation of VMInstalling, Configuring and Updating of Active Directory
Designing, implementing, testing and deployment of the virtual desktop infrastructure
Architecting the VDI solution and ensuring the platform meets the consumer requirements.
Facilitating the transition of the VDI solution to Operations, providing operational and end user support when required.
Acting as the single point of contact for all technical engagements on the VDI infrastructure.
Creation of documented standard processes and procedures for all aspects of VDI infrastructure, administration and management.
Working with the vendor in assessing the VDI infrastructure architecture from a deployment, performance, security and compliance perspective.
Knowledge around security best practices and understanding of vulnerability assessments.
Providing mentoring and guidance to other VDI Administrators.
Lead efforts to design and build automation in the areas of application deployment, configuration management, release operations, on demand resource adjustments etc.
Document designs, development plans, operations procedures for the VDI solution.
