Roles and Responsibilities:
UST is looking for - We are seeking an experienced Sr C# Automation Developer with exceptional skills in C# development, Automation, GIT, Jira. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in C# Automation and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
The Opportunity:
Lead and mentor a team of C# developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design and implement Automation for C#-based solutions to address business requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality C# Automation packages and libraries, ensuring code reusability and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements, propose Automation solutions for C# based Applications.
Drive best practices and promote testing and Automation as part of software development.
Perform Code, Design reviews and mentor Peer Automation AT developers.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in SW Testing, Automation and related areas.
Best optimization, quality work and manage the tasks via Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Bit-Bucket.
Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and methodologies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Python Automation development.
Proven expertise in C# and proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Bit Bucket.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive results.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in computer science
7+ Years of experience.
