Summary:

We are looking for UI/UX Design Engineers with strong experience in Web Designing.

The Opportunity:

Excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS.

Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

Working on Share point, MS teams, video editing software, Powerpoint

Designing visual imagery for the intranet and pages and ensuring that they are in line with branding.

Stakeholder management - should be able to work with different stakeholders to conceptualize creative ideas basis requirements

Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

What you need:

10+ years of experience in designing/developing digital assets/marketing collaterals

5+ years of experience in UI/UX web design and development including responsive UI design

Experience of working in a corporate environment having supported corporate intranet based on CMS or SharePoint or Reflect

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with leadership/stakeholders and teams

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of training and work experience
