Expert level knowledge in various BA knowledge areas (recommended by IIBA or any other professional organization for Business Analysis)
Responsibilities: Work closely with key stakeholders to document the business goals and objectives for a new project. Prepare detailed requirement specifications in the form of user stories or functional requirement documents for development teams. Participate in the agile software development process as a proxy for the process owner role, facilitating progress, answering questions, and providing detailed requirements as necessary. Collaborate with development teams to produce any required documentation or communications to support the project, such as project status updates, project roadmaps, and release plans. Work closely with QA Analysts to develop test cases, scenarios, and detailed acceptance criteria. Support project delivery by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and training plans with the user community. Assist with end-user training as necessary. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst. SQL experience is required, particularly for report UAT and report creation. Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and effectively communicate insights with business stakeholders. Ability to understand healthcare data, source systems, and business needs, as well as integration with various downstream systems. Experience working in an Agile environment. Healthcare background is preferred. Strong communication skills. Experience with data migration projects is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft desktop applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Should attend offshore, onsite and client meetings as per the requirements. Should practice and exhibit UST s core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity. Should be flexible to work during overlap hours up to 11:00 PM IST based on business requirements.
