We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of expertise in creating intuitive and engaging web and mobile experiences for both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of shipped products and impactful learnings from real-world projects. They should excel at translating client requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while leveraging AI tools to quickly create and iterate on concepts. Exceptional communication skills, design thinking expertise, and a passion for delivering user-centered solutions are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering :
1. Engage with clients to understand their goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
2. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to define the project scope and priorities.
Design Strategy and Conceptualization :
1. Use design thinking methodologies to identify user pain points and propose innovative solutions.
2. Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder alignment.
3. Leverage AI tools to quickly generate concepts and iterate on designs efficiently.
High-Fidelity Visual Design :
1. Design visually compelling and functional web and mobile interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
2. Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for client and team reviews.
Web and Mobile Experience Design
1. Craft seamless user experiences tailored to the unique requirements of B2B platforms and B2C applications.
2. Address diverse user needs and behavior patterns across web and mobile ecosystems.
Collaboration and Delivery
1. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
2. Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and ongoing support during development and testing phases.
Iteration and Product Impact
1. Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to achieve measurable impact.
2. Draw on learnings from shipped products to refine processes and deliverables continuously.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C domains.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and related software.
2. Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid concept creation and iterative design.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability testing.
4. Demonstrated experience with shipped products and a solid understanding of lessons learned from those projects.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate design rationale and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes is a plus.
