Fresher, Lateral and Leadership Hiring

360 Recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Coordination, Negotiation, Offer, Onboarding

Stakeholder Management, Team Management, People Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter in the Bulk hiring or similar environment, with a focus on international voice processes.

Strong understanding of Bulk hiring and job roles within the industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
