Pre-primary Teacher - School

Role Overview:

An NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in the early years of their education. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. The Mother Teacher will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, managing the classroom, and communicating with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.

- Integrate educational theories and practices into daily activities.

- Utilize various teaching aids and techniques to cater to the different learning needs of children.

2. Classroom Management:

- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

- Maintain discipline and manage the classroom effectively.

- Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children.

3. Child Development:

- Monitor and assess the progress of each child.

- Identify any developmental issues and address them promptly.

- Foster emotional, social, and cognitive development.

4. Parent Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their childs progress.

- Organize parent-teacher meetings and discussions.

- Provide guidance to parents on how to support their childs learning at home.

5. Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and practices.

- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching practices.

6. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain records of childrens progress and activities.

- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the school administration.

- Participate in school events and activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education.

-Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching young children.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.

- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.

- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.
