Pre Primary Teacher

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences through play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking in children.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain accurate records.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in early childhood education.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors Degree and Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students .
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and resilience.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Social & Emotional Intelligence.
• Basic computer proficiency for lesson planning and documentation.
