Role & responsibilities

1. NTT Teacher:

NTT Teachers design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan for the Nursery Teacher Training program. They utilize various engaging activities and instructional methods to develop children's skills and monitor their progress. Maintaining open communication with parents and adhering to teaching standards are essential aspects of this role.

2. PRT (Primary Teacher):

Primary Teachers supervise classes to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. They develop and distribute educational content, assess student progress, and collaborate with other teachers and parents. Creating personalized learning experiences and maintaining an organized classroom are key responsibilities.

3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):

TGTs teach students according to the curriculum guidelines, using various instructional resources and methods. They plan lessons, assess student performance, and provide feedback. Collaboration with colleagues and the use of technology to support instruction are also part of their role.

4. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)

PGTs teach students using innovative instructional methods and comprehensive lesson plans. They assess student learning, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum. Creating a positive learning environment and staying updated with educational trends are crucial aspects of this role.
