Position: Construction Manager-Gass Processing Plant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry, specifically in, Gas processing plants (NGL), LNG, Refinery and petrochemicals projects, and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Management: Oversee all construction activities for the GPP project, including construction planning, execution, and monitoring to meet project timelines and deliverables.

2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety across the project site.

4. Quality Control: Establish and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure all construction activities align with project specifications and industry standards.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve any issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Experience: 18-25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant exposure to gas processing plants, or similar facilities.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes in gas processing facilities, LNG and petrochemical plants. Hand on experience in static & rotary equipment installation, piping, structural and tank fabrication and installation.

Cryogenic tanks (LNG, Propane, ethane) and spherical tanks construction experience .

Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects and leading diverse teams from owners side.

Leave Cycle: 6 Months on 21 Days Off
