Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities for the Role: (it may change subjected to the requirement of the project)

1. ICT Infrastructure Support:
   Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other related components.
2. Server Administration:
   Support server management tasks such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual servers.
3. Networking Assistance:
   Collaborate in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking devices, ensuring smooth connectivity and security.
4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
   Provide first-level support for ICT-related issues, identifying problems, diagnosing errors, and offering timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
   Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless ICT solutions and contribute to ongoing projects. Foster a cooperative team environment.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   Maintain accurate records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions. Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and incidents.
7. Learning and Adaptation:
   Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in ICT infrastructure. Participate in relevant training programs to improve technical expertise.
8. Security and Compliance:
   Assist in implementing basic security measures for infrastructure, such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls to ensure data protection.
