Executive - Clearing & Forwarding

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and submission of customs documentation for

imports and exports.

Support the clearance of goods through customs,

ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to manage

shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor and update the status of shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to clients and management.

Assist in resolving any issues related to clearing and forwarding processes, including delays, documentation errors, or compliance concerns.

Learn and apply industry-specific software and tools to streamline operations. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and related documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

A recent graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,

International Trade, or a related field. • Strong organizational and

multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. •

Basic understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and

freight forwarding is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint), Power BI. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced

environment.
