CargoWise Documentation Specialist (Transport Bookings & Shipments)WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle transport bookings and manage shipment workflows using CargoWise.
• Update and maintain shipment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely transportation and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system or operational issues related to CargoWise.
• Generate and analyze reports to track shipment statuses and identify process improvements.
• Support the implementation of new features and updates in the CargoWise system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with CargoWise, specifically in transport bookings and shipment management.
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and freight forwarding processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
