Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Process Bill of Lading as per the shipping instructions and standard operating procedures, without any errors
• Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of HBL/MB/L & Invoice.
• Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.
• Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L
• Payment request & arrange payment from account dept.
• Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team
• Knowledge of Country wise clauses/ requirements for HBL
• Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments
• Knowledge of creating Inv/ updating of charges
• Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled
• Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 2 - 3 years experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping
• Good command of English for documentary and email only
• Have computer skills, hardworking and patient
• Have a serviced mind and be able to work under pressure.
• Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized and able to work as teamwork.

Shift Timings - 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
