Construction Manager (Solar EPC Site)

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the solar EPC sector and at least 1GW of execution experience. The ideal candidate should hold an engineering degree and possess strong customer-handling capabilities, alongside excellent team leadership skills.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage site operations effectively to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of solar EPC projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and site workers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Resolve on-site challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption and timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (B. Tech / B.E.)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in solar EPC project execution with at least 1GW of completed projects.
• Proven experience in customer handling and strong leadership skills.
