We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account/Sales Manager to join our sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their business needs, and delivering solutions to enhance their business operations/efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Role Description:
- Perfios International Business is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to be a part of the International Sales team for the UAE region.
- The candidate brings with him/her strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Technology and Banking services space.
- A minimum of 8 of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Technology Sales roles is preferable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and target new business opportunities within the existing/new account in the region.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, provide tailored technology solutions, and articulate the value proposition of products and services effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest Industry trend, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and the ability to explain them to clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and work closely with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support, product) to deliver optimal client solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Preferable experience in IT technology sales, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
- Sound functional knowledge of the Banking Industry and solution oriented
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.
, Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 8 Years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Technology Sales roles is preferable.
