Job Description

About the job:

- Perfios plays a pivotal role in transforming processes within the Banking and Insurance Industry through the automation of data aggregation, cleansing, and analysis.

- With a diverse range of products, we extract data from various sources, refine and organize it, conduct thorough analysis, and offer tailored insights crucial for decision-making in Lending and Insurance sectors.

- Our rapid expansion into new territories underscores our significant growth trajectory.

- Only Indonesian Candidates are eligible for the role.

- In this position, your primary responsibility will involve deploying Perfios' product suite with our Banking clientele.

Your key duties will include:

- Grasping and documenting the current processes of our clients.

- Accurately understanding and documenting client requirements.

- Translating business requirements into technical specifications seamlessly.

- Overseeing client implementations from requirement collection to successful onboarding.

- Managing multiple implementations concurrently by fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to address and resolve any issues efficiently.

Key qualifications for this role include:

Must Have:

- Background in the Banking Industry focusing on underwriting or loan digitization.

- Proficiency in requirement elicitation to generate structured Business Requirement Documentations (BRDs) and develop functional specifications.

- Proficient in project management to oversee multiple client integrations.

- Fluent in Bahasa and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Capable of engaging clients directly and open to travel.

- Self-motivated and driven to work independently.

Good-to-have:

- Experience in implementing API-based technology solutions.

Experience:

- You should possess over 5 years of combined experience in Underwriting/Loan Digitization and Business Analysis, preferably in a client-facing capacity.

- Kindly note, this position does not involve software development, so developers need not apply.

- Candidates currently based in Indonesia are preferred.
