This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis activities for digital transformation projects in retail banking.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Assist in prioritizing requirements to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure successful project delivery.

- Document and communicate business requirements using Jira and Confluence.

- Work closely with Stewardship teams, articulating use cases to support captured requirements.

- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring efficient problem-solving.

- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking Digital Delivery.

- Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, Agile delivery, and process optimization.

- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decisions.

- Ability to define and prioritize requirements to determine MVP scope.

- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management experience.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
