Ziffity Solutions - Business Analyst (8-10 yrs)

Role: Business Analyst.

Location: Chennai (Hybrid).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis and develop tailored technology solutions for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Capital Markets), focused on addressing specific business needs and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Domain Expertise in BFSI: Utilize extensive knowledge in areas like retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, and insurance to design solutions aligned with BFSI-specific requirements.

- Digital Transformation Support: Contribute to initiatives such as process automation, AI-driven analytics, blockchain, and cloud migration, helping integrate solutions like predictive analytics, machine learning, and customer personalization.

- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expertise on industry standards, ensuring alignment with regulations (AML, KYC, Basel III, Solvency II) and GDPR, CCPA.

- Emerging Technology Analysis: Stay updated on and provide insights into BFSI trends, such as digital wallets, open banking, AI/ML applications, and API integration.

- Solution Requirements & Documentation: Develop functional specifications, technology roadmaps, and comprehensive documentation, setting best practices for business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing.

- Reporting & Insights: Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that detail project outcomes, business impacts, and identify opportunities for further development.
