Key skills for the job
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned geographic region.
Utilize CRM tools, social media, and other platforms to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
Conduct extensive outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to execution of calls.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the companyproducts/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the assigned region. Able to hunt the required target audience .
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the inside and outside sales team, customer success, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience:
2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (eg, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of geographic-specific markets within the USA.
Experience with remote sales tools and virtual meeting platforms (eg, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
