Job Description
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
o Establish a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness
o Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and quotas
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
o Oversee the generation and qualification of inbound leads.
o Develop and refine lead qualification criteria to align with company goals.
o Ensure effective follow-up on leads and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
3. Leadership and Team Development:
o Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team, focusing on achieving both individual and team targets.
o Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to support team members career growth.
o Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the sales team.
o Hire, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
4. Pipeline and Revenue Management:
o Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring high-quality and timely follow-up.
o Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and forecast sales activities.
o Identify key metrics and analyze sales performance data to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
5. Reporting and Sales Analytics:
o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
o Use data analytics to identify patterns, improve processes, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
