This role requires deep expertise in .NET full-stack development, combined with proven leadership skills, to drive product excellence, manage project execution, and ensure high standards of coding quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership Experience : Proven track record of leading multiple distributed teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Agile Practices : Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern development processes is essential.

- Local Market Insight : Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred, as familiarity with regional market dynamics is beneficial.
