Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Thunderhead and experience in the trade confirmations domain.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the technology team to map data from SPR onto trade confirmation templates, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document business requirements related to trade confirmations.

- Collaborate with technology teams to map data from SPR onto trade confirmation templates.

- Ensure accurate and efficient generation of trade confirmations using Thunderhead.

- Work with stakeholders to understand and refine business needs, translating them into functional specifications.

- Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements in trade confirmation processes.

- Support testing efforts by validating trade confirmation templates and ensuring compliance with business rules.

- Provide expertise in Thunderhead configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in trade confirmation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.

- Strong knowledge of Thunderhead and its application in trade confirmation processes.

- Experience in data mapping from SPR onto trade confirmation templates.

- Hands-on experience in trade confirmations and financial instruments.

- Ability to work with technology teams to define and refine business requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
