What are we looking for :

We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as Business Analyst

Total Experience range :

- A minimum experience of 2 -4 years

Skill Set :

- Strong knowledge on insurance products.

- Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims).

- Expertise in any one of the processes is a must.

- Hands-on exp. with SQL and API Integration

- A Good Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage

- Good communication/interpersonal skills

Job Requirements :

- Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

- Requirements elicitation and System solution designing.

- Define the customer journey.

- Coordination with development team on project planning & deliveries.

- Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.

- Understand business priority and drive the Business process / development team.

- The compensation will be determined basis Interview scores, past experience and role fitment.

- We would want to highlight that Digit insures fair compensation for all its employees and rewards

performance.

- The salary structure comprises of a fixed component and a variable component. One can earn

up to 200% of their variable component in a given year.

- Keeping the philosophy of high ownership in mind,

- ESAR allotment is completely driven by minimum 1 year tenure in the organisation and great performance.
