- Understanding Vision Plus & Cards Process.

- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

- Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for projects.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create detailed requirement specifications that can be used to guide project development.

- Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Manage change requests, track project progress and escalate issues as needed.

- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met.

- Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management.
