- Excellent knowledge of Banking & Financial services industry

- Knowledge and experience of working in the Payments domain in areas like ISO 20022, SWIFT payments and Agile, SDLC.

This is going to be a client facing role.

ISO 20022 (Mandatory), MT to MX (Mandatory), Business Analyst (Mandatory).

UAT, User Stories, Jira, Confluence, Visio.

Must have:

- Hands on experience of having performed a Business analyst role related to requirements capture, creating specification documents, engaging with multiple stakeholders in technology and operations team

- Good understanding of the domain mentioned as a business analyst and not necessarily as an operations lead

- Should have worked in Agile Scrum teams and know how to use JIRA, Confluence and Visio tools for drawing requirements specification, documenting user stories

- Experience of handling non-functional requirements (NFR)

Must have:

- Techno - Functional Business Analyst

- Business analysis/design (generic BD skillset - not exhaustive):

- Eliciting business requirements (functional/non-functional), conducting workshops, formulating business cases.

- Assisting product owner to develop product roadmap

- Analysing business processes, Conducting AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and suggesting process improvements.
