Cards Business Analyst

Business Analysis Expertise:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional design documents, and solution documents.

- Develop clear and concise process workflows using flowcharts to represent end-to-end business and system processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and testing teams to ensure requirements are met.

- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge gaps between current and desired states.

Domain Knowledge:

Cards Domain:

- Extensive knowledge of the cards industry, specifically in issuing and acquiring domains.

- Strong preference for candidates with deep expertise in the issuing domain (e. , credit, debit, and - prepaid cards).

- Understanding of regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management in the cards domain.

- Ability to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and standards in the payments ecosystem.

Application Expertise:

- Work experience with card management systems such as V+, PowerCARD, or similar platforms.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the system design aligns with business requirements.

- Provide insights into the functional capabilities of card management systems to optimize business processes.

- Facilitate testing of new functionalities, enhancements, and system integrations.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, discussions, and walkthroughs with stakeholders.

- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

- Certifications: Business Analysis certifications (e. , CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

- Domain certifications in payments or cards (e. , Certified Payments Professional, Visa/Mastercard Certifications) are preferred.
