Verinite - VisionPLUS Test Engineer (6-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Test Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in VisionPLUS testing, particularly in CMS, FAS, and TRAMS subsystems.

This role requires expertise in financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end testing within the banking and credit card domain.

The candidate will be responsible for leading test activities, ensuring quality assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Prior experience in managing a team of VisionPLUS Test Analysts and knowledge of Polaris Loan Origination System will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for VisionPLUS implementations and enhancements.

- Work extensively on CMS, FAS, and TRAMS subsystems, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.

- Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.

- Perform end-to-end validation of VisionPLUS modules, including transaction posting, account management, and statement generation.

- Lead and mentor a team of VisionPLUS Test Analysts, providing guidance on testing best practices.

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline test execution and defect resolution.

- Provide in-depth testing expertise in key financial functions such as Account Opening & Maintenance, Authorization & Transaction Posting, Statement Generation, Minimum Due Calculation, Fees, Service Charges, and Interest Calculation.

- Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry regulations and compliance standards.

- Work on Polaris Loan Origination System (if applicable) to enhance overall test coverage.

- Ensure that all VisionPLUS-related testing adheres to financial regulatory requirements.

- Validate system changes to ensure compliance with banking laws, security policies, and audit guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in VisionPLUS testing within the banking or financial domain.

- Strong expertise in CMS, FAS, and TRAMS subsystems.

- Experience in leading and managing a team of VisionPLUS Test Analysts.

- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

- Solid understanding of functional testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test automation strategies.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes, transaction processing, and compliance regulations.

- Exposure to Polaris Loan Origination System is a plus.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with large-scale banking projects involving VisionPLUS.

- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.

- Exposure to automation testing frameworks in the financial domain
