Solution Architect/Associate Director (10-22 yrs)

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of our global ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. This pivotal role will ensure that our enterprise architecture aligns with business objectives, enabling seamless data flow and operational efficiency across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical acumen, coupled with strategic vision, to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures that integrate ERP, CRM, and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.

- Design scalable and flexible system integrations that accommodate future growth and technological advancements.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and security of data across all platforms.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet organisational needs.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices, tools, and technologies to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery :

- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure, and optimised for performance.

- Oversee the development of technical specifications and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with architectural standards.

- Ensure the successful deployment of solutions, providing technical oversight and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in solution architecture and integration, evaluating their applicability to our organisational needs.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system integration processes, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.

Preferred Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and system integration roles, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.

- Proficiency in integration technologies such as ETL tools, API management, and middleware platforms.

- Strong understanding of data modelling techniques, database design, and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating cloud-based applications with on-premises systems.

- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Certified Solution Architect).

- Experience with big data technologies and real-time data integration solutions.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solution architecture and system integration.
