Alteryx Solution Architect (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Design : Lead end-to-end solution design, integrating Alteryx and other technologies to deliver business solutions, including advanced analytics and potential AI/ML-driven insights.

- AI/ML Integration (Advantage) : While not a requirement, knowledge and experience in integrating AI and ML models within Alteryx workflows is an added advantage to deliver predictive modeling and advanced analytics.

- Requirement Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, focusing on scalable design and AI/ML opportunities.

- End-to-End Delivery : Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery, ensuring successful deployment and post-delivery support.

- ETL Development : Design and develop complex ETL processes in Alteryx to process and transform data from various sources.

- Data Integration : Integrate, clean, and enrich data from multiple data sources (SAP, Oracle, SQL) for analytics and potential AI/ML use cases.

- Cloud Experience : Utilize Cloud technologies, particularly Azure, for solution deployment, data integration, and hosting solutions.

- BI Tools Integration : Leverage Power BI/Tableau to create reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights, potentially enhanced with AI/ML results.

- Model Deployment & Maintenance (Advantage) : For those with ML experience, oversee the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models within Alteryx to ensure continuous performance and optimization.

- Technical Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to junior resources, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Alteryx Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role.

- Strong background in Solution Architecture, data integration, and designing scalable data solutions.

- Expertise in SQL and relational databases, with hands-on experience in data sources such as SAP, Oracle, and SQL.

- Strong ETL process design and implementation experience using Alteryx (not just automation).

- Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation (ML experience is an advantage).

- Experience in deploying and managing solutions in Azure.

- Experience with Power BI/Tableau for building reports and dashboards.

- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Retail domain industry knowledge is an advantage.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with deploying and managing AI/ML models, particularly within Alteryx workflows.

- Azure certification or experience with Azure services for deploying analytics solutions.

- Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring best practices in design and implementation.
