- Managing all India Business Development Team of Project Appraisal and Monitoring (PAM) division. Key Services of the division include TEV, LIE and ASM.
- Key responsibility would be achievement of the business target with the help of the BD team members.
- Responsibilities would also include:
- Managing adequacy of the BD team size in line with business growth
- Providing continuous training and guidance to the team.
- Ensuring high performance of the BD team
- Building relationship with Bank officials, corporate clients, key senior stakeholders, and industry associations
- Preparing the business plan for the division and providing strategic input to Resurgent management team for business growth.
- Strong Business Development skill sets
- Relationship Management
- Networking and Communication skills
- Understanding of key issues related to Project Finance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
