Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. With your extensive experience in sales and delivery, coupled with your expertise in account management, you will drive growth, identify opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships.

- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals.

- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.

- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.

- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills Required:

- High capacity for problem-solving and understanding complex scenarios.

- Ability to navigate and excel in ambiguous situations.

- Self-driven and highly motivated.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating impactful presentations.

- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and client needs.

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Qualifications:

- MBA or PGDM from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

- Proven track record of 12+ years in sales, account management, or related roles, with a focus on IT solutions.

- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving targets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.

- Collaborative team player thriving in fast-paced environments.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
