Graphic Designer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality, innovative, and engaging visual content for a variety of digital platforms including social media campaigns, presentations, website assets, and video content.
• Social Media Expertise: Conceptualize and design social media campaigns, including static posts, animations, stories, reels, and other interactive elements to engage our audience.
• Video Editing & Production: Edit and create compelling videos that highlight the brand's values, products, and innovations. Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Brilliant Presentations: Design impactful presentations, using your creative flair to turn ideas into visually appealing slides that effectively communicate messages.
• Multi-tasking: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity or quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather briefs, incorporate feedback, and execute designs in line with project goals.
• Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously upgrade skills to bring fresh and relevant ideas to the table.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and have a keen eye for detail and consistency in all deliverables.
• Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing ideas and supporting others to deliver the best creative work possible.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech or innovation-driven environment.
• Expert in Design Tools: Working knowledge of the latest design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc., Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Creative Excellence: Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, video editing, and presentation work.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver exceptional work.
• Adaptability & Hunger to Learn: Must be motivated to constantly learn new techniques and keep up with the fast-changing tech industry trends.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity without missing deadlines.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative and enthusiastic about working within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
