Business Manager

Responsibilities

Data crunching to provide insights to the respective teams, sales leaders and CBO on performance of different products, clients and flag all kinds of trends which can be seen in the clients

Use different reports available, like performance reports, Sales force opportunity reports etc to provide a clear picture on the pipeline

Work with the teams to bring about better predictability of revenue.

Work closely with cross functional teams like Finance, MIS, products, CST, Marketing

Ensure processes are followed for all sales support functions and TATs maintained

Provide and publish timely monthly/ weekly reports

Prepare sales presentations from a reporting perspective

Market and Industry study and compare the same with our product performance

Coordinate from Sales for smooth billing and MIS automation

Understand Sales force and be the SPOC for SF from Sales taking up new feature changes and ensuring data flows in SF is correct. And SF discipline is maintained in Sales team

Helping Finance during audits, ensuring adherence to set processes in sales

Requirements and skills

• Experience in Business Analytics

• Proficient in excel and presentations

• Good people management skills, should be able to work with different team leaders and internal stakeholders

• Overall Experience 5 8 yrs

• Experience in working with Salesforce system is an added advantage
