DGtive - Graphic Designer - Video Editor (1-4 yrs)

About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer at our Digital Marketing Agency, you will play a key role in creating impactful visual content across multiple platforms, supporting diverse client campaigns. Your designs will help shape the identity of brands and drive engagement across digital and print media.

- Design Creation : Develop creative and visually appealing designs for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, logos, and other marketing collateral.

- Video Editing : Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms, including Instagram reels, promotional content, YouTube, and advertisements.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure all designs align with client and campaign objectives.

- Creative Briefs : Translate creative briefs into innovative visual assets that resonate with the brand's identity and target audience.

- Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency in branding across all designs and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.

- Project Management : Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with top-notch quality.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design & video editing experience.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- An excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box while maintaining relevance to campaign goals.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of design and video editing principles.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Previous experience working in a digital marketing environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
