Role: Marketing/Brand Manager
- Background criteria: FMEG/D2C/Ecommerce background (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Identity - Work closely with the founders to define and refine the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Social Media & Content - Build and execute a LinkedIn and Instagram strategy with engaging videos, product updates, and community-driven content.
- Product Launches & Awareness - Create campaigns and assets to introduce new products and features, making them exciting and easy to understand.
- Logo & Visual Branding - Finalize the company logo and ensure its proper usage across packaging, social media, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Website & Digital Presence - Lead the development of a compelling website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong storytelling.
- Customer Engagement & Community Building - Develop initiatives to interact with customers, showcase product benefits, and grow a loyal fanbase.
- Marketing Campaigns - Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.
- Agency Coordination - Work with agencies (when required) to brief, evaluate, and implement communication campaigns.
Who you are:
- 3-6 years of experience in branding, marketing, or digital content strategy.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content creation, and visual design principles.
- Experience working with designers, web developers, and video editors to execute branding projects.
- Ability to manage social media and create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Experience in FMEG/D2C/Ecommerce is a plus.
- A hands-on, creative mindset with a passion for building brands from the ground up.
