Performance Marketing Leader

About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Leader to spearhead our paid marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition for our fast-growing e-commerce platform.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing ad performance, scaling small-ticket-size transactions through our app, and ensuring high ROI across digital advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
- Optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to drive sustainable growth.
- Design and execute app user acquisition campaigns, ensuring an increase in high-quality, repeat customers.
- Utilize programmatic advertising, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to maximize efficiency and reach.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, or similar attribution tools to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record in scaling app-based e-commerce businesses, particularly those with small-ticket-size products.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, attribution tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
