Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies to scale revenue on key platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
- Growth Levers Optimization: Identify and implement key growth drivers such as ad campaigns, promotions, deals, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze platform data, track key metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic, RoAS), and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Product Visibility & Conversion: Improve catalog visibility, optimize listings (SEO, images, A+ content), and enhance conversion rates.
- Promotional Planning: Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and platform-driven sales campaigns to maximize growth.
- Inventory & Order Management: Work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock scenarios.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to drive sales and improve the consumer experience.
