Technical Product Manager - Shopify Platform (3-7 yrs)

Our client, a growing D2C Brand, based out of Gurugram is looking for a Technical Product Manager. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving their Shopify stores and technical tools to integrate with other departments, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for their customers.

Location : Gurugram

Working Days : Alt. Saturdays working

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution, while collaborating with the engineering team to implement features and projects across systems effectively.

- Engage regularly with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, translate them into technical challenges, and provide solutions, bringing technical expertise to the organization.

- Enhance product discoverability, optimize the purchasing experience, improve customer interactions, and ensure secure information flow and data access across the tech stack.

- Monitor and analyze sales, key performance metrics, and user behavior to increase average order value (AOV), reduce drop-offs, and implement strategies like cross-sells and upsells to drive growth.

- Manage technology resources, costs, and SLAs, ensuring seamless operations for retail store systems, such as POS, order management, and surveillance, while continuously improving user metrics like bounce rates, funnel conversions, and time spent on-site.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, along with prior experience in system integrations via APIs, working with engineering teams, and a foundational understanding of technical systems.

- Experience in Shopify, with a Master's degree and 1+ years in product management for an eCommerce brand, or 2-3 years combining product management, Shopify expertise, APIs, and tech integrations.
