E-commerce Growth Manager (Apparel Category)

Location: Naraina, New Delhi

Work Schedule: Day shift

About the Job:

- We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to lead and drive sales for our apparel category across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the fashion apparel sector, with expertise in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead a cross-functional team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive sales on major platforms.

- Run and optimize Product Listing Ads (PLAs) and other marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

- Prepare and present weekly sales and return reports for all e-commerce platforms.

- Manage listing, catalog uploads, pricing, and inventory on various e-commerce portals.

- Create and maintain accurate and engaging product content, including features and descriptions.

- Refine catalogues with updated descriptions, prices, and images to meet platform requirements.

- Plan and monitor promotional activities on marketplaces to enhance visibility and sales.

- Address online customer feedback and promptly resolve queries.

- Versee all other e-commerce-related activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in the fashion apparel category on e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, including PLAs, and platform-specific strategies.

- Proficiency in catalogue management, pricing, inventory control, and promotional planning.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize strategies.

- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
