Growth Manager - eCommerce (4-5 yrs)

E-commerce Growth Manager.

Role of an E-Commerce Growth Manager to manage 2 brands.

In this role, you'll be an independent contributor, with direct interaction with the CMO and Co-founder/COO in growth path for the brands, budget management, and in executing & managing the required plans to deliver on the planned results.

Location: Chennai.

Requirement: Immediate with max 30 day notice period.

Platforms: Google, META, Amazon & WhatsApp (bonus: QComm).

Years of experience: 4-5 years with an FMCG brand with a strong digital presence or a D2C/online

What your week will look like:.

- Creating, executing and tweaking the growth strategy and delivering on conversion growth this will include the key platforms of Google, META and Amazon (Amazon is a key part of our growth strategy, and not limited to India).

- Creative requirements and providing objective metrics on creative performance for improvement.

- Tracking and acting on all key digital growth metrics and measures.

- Analysing and reporting on performance metrics, and building a robust dashboard for the same.

- Increasing customer engagement and conversion through journey-based marketing strategies.

- Identifying and experimenting with new channels, trends and ideas for acquisition and remarketing with a customer- rst approach.

- Managing agency partners and/or manage platforms individually as per the requirement to achieve desired success.

Interacting regularly with:

1) Provide insights on product success as well as new product suggestion based on market demands.

2) Manage delivery and communication systems with consumers to ensure a stellar customer experience.

3) Operations support with inventory management.

- Optimising the website and other ecomm properties for CR improvements Deep knowledge of SHOPIFY is a must.
