Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing the entire sales process from consultation to transaction closure.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Market luxury properties effectively through client outreach, property tours, and presentations.
- Generate high quality leads through systematic outreach, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Provide data-driven insights and prepare detailed reports on market conditions, pricing, and competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for showcasing premium properties.
- Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Contribute to the company's revenue targets by achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Luxury Real Estate Sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and real estate-specific tools.
- Professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
